Lorde Accuses Kanye West & Kid Cudi Of Stealing Her Stage Design

Lorde is not pleased after seeing Kid Cudi and Kanye West's recent stage set-up during their Camp Flog Gnaw performance in Los Angeles, where the rappers used a floating glass box stage that looked oddly similar to the one that the pop star used during her "Melodrama World Tour" in 2017.

"I'm proud of the work I do and it's flattering when other artists feel inspired by it, to the extent that they choose to try it on themselves," the 22-year-old wrote on her Instagram Story on Monday afternoon (November 12). "But don't steal -- not from women or anyone else -- not in 2018 or ever."

Nonetheless, as TMZ pointed out, Yeezy was the first big artist to use a floating platform stage during his "Saint Pablo World Tour" in 2016, so you could argue that the rapper was the first of his kind to use suspended stages. Scroll on below to see the side-by-side comparisons and judge for yourself. Either way, you can likely expect the hip-hop heavyweight to clap back at Lorde via Twitter in 3, 2, 1 ...
