What Julia Roberts Eats In A Day

People magazine recently announced Julia Roberts as World’s Most Beautiful Woman for 2017 and the 49-year-old actress is looking lovely these days.  She shared a page from her food diary so we can get a glimpse of her healthy diet.

Julia admits to loving pasta, which makes us love her more. "Why is everybody scared of pasta?,” the actress asks. “Pasta never did anything to you. Don't be mean to pasta."

This is what she typically eats in a day:

Breakfast:

  • Eggs over easy
  • Sourdough toast
  • Blueberries
  • Avocado
  • Coffee
  • Coconut water

Lunch:

  • Salad with grilled chicken

Dinner

  • Wild salmon
  • Brown rice
  • Avocado
  • Wine

And she even eats dessert:

  • A chocolate chip cookie
