Santa, Mrs. Claus and all the elves are hard at work in Santa’s workshop at the North Pole, and it seems while they’ve been working, Santa’s home has been going up in value.
According to Zillow, Santa’s workshop is now worth an estimated $764,389 up 7.6% in value over the past year, with the site predicting it will increase by 6.9% in 2019. The workshop, a three-bedroom, two-bathroom log cabin, was first listed on the site, with photos in 2016.
While the house was built in the 1800s, it recently underwent a remodel to make it a bit more modern. New features include a gourmet kitchen with hot cocoa on tap, and a floor to ceiling fireplace composed of river rocks. Other important features include Santa’s office, where he designs new toys and keeps his list, as well as a garage for his sleigh and stables for his reindeer, plus it has multiple tiny homes for his elves.
In order to estimate the worth of Santa’s home, Zillow compared other homes in such remote locations, and then bumped up the price, well, because it’s Santa. Of course, even if you have the money the house can’t be yours. Santa’s workshop isn’t on the market. But, if you’re interested in what it looks like, click here.
