This Fitness Guru Eats 100 Eggs A Day

Fitness influencer Fernando Torraca, the self-proclaimed “King of the Diet,” says he keeps up his physique by eating 100 eggs every day. In a clip with over 200k views on TikTok, Torraca shows off a basket of 400 eggs and says it would only take him four days to eat them all.

Torraca mostly eats the egg whites for protein, which has led commenters to say things like “Yea but you just throw half of the egg away,” and others to question what his cholesterol levels must be since high cholesterol has been linked to eating too many eggs.
