Peggy Holloway had just dropped her kids off at La Familia Dual Elementary School in Worcester when she saw that a car parked on the street nearby caught on fire. Without hesitation she grabbed a seat belt cutter and the bus's fire extinguisher and went to work!
A family had just dropped one child off and then barely got out of the car with their 10 month-old baby after the fire started.
“She literally reacted, she didn’t even give it a second thought,” said Worcester Public Schools director of transportation John Hennessy.
