Some people! If we didn't see it with our own eyes we wouldn't believe. A woman in a park in California complains loudly to a mother that her kid is driving without a license. That may be true, but the vehicle in question is a power wheels car.
This woman is apparently not aware that when children go to a park they like to play. Often it's there main reason for going to the park. The mom wondered aloud if she should take her little boy to the rmv. Um yeah, no.
