The cutest race ever has its winner. Althea Ruoff is the fastest baby in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. The 10-month-old won the first annual baby race yesterday at the Elizabethtown Fair for kids six months to a year who can crawl but not yet walk. In case you’re wondering how the babies know where to go, the parents kneel by the finish line and encourage the kidlets to come to them. Althea earned $200 for crossing the finish line first ahead of 28 other babies.
