ONE OF AMERICA’S TOP HOSPITALS AND BOSTON CANCER INSTITUTE PARTNER WITH INTERNATIONAL WELOVEU FOUNDATION TO HOST A BLOOD DRIVE
On Sunday, November 17, 2019, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., the International WeLoveU Foundation will host a blood drive in partnership with Brigham and Women’s Hospital and the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. There will be donating stations with around 100 donors from the Foundation expected to participate and it is open to the public. State officials are anticipated to participate in the blood drive as well. This past summer, the WeLoveU Foundation launched a two-month health campaign on World Blood Donor’s Day and more than 50 countries in six continents participated in addressing global blood shortages by donating blood.
