Selena Gomez has shared the first full trailer for her upcoming documentary Selena Gomez: My Mind & Me. The singer/actress announced the documentary in early September and has shared small snippets from the doc, but this is the first trailer that's given fans more context about the project.

On Monday, October 10th, Selena posted the trailer to her Instagram page writing, "Every breath, a breakthrough. In honor of #WorldMentalHealthDay I wanted to share the trailer for my documentary Selena Gomez: My Mind & Me." The day before, the pop star revealed that she was feeling a lot of emotions about sharing the intimate documentary. "I’m a little nervous but also excited to share this side of me with you all," she wrote.

"Just be who you are, Selena," the singer says in a voiceover. "No one cares about what you're doing. It's about who I am, being okay with where I am. I am grateful to be alive." The trailer also hints that Selena will reflect on being a child star. "My whole life since I was a kid I've been working," she says while fighting off tears. "I don't want to be, like, super famous, but I do know that if I'm here I have to use that for good."

Selena Gomez: My Mind & Me will start streaming on Apple TV+ starting November 4th. "After years in the limelight, Selena Gomez achieves unimaginable stardom," the streaming service said in a press release. "But just as she reaches a new peak, an unexpected turn pulls her into darkness."
