Are wedding bells in Amanda Bynes' future? Maybe, but not right now.
Bynes was recently spotted out and about with an enormous marquise cut diamond ring on her wedding ring finger, however, according to TMZ, it's NOT an engagement ring. It's just a ring, according to a source. After being seen with the ring, which she was not wearing a few weeks ago the last time she was spotted out, engagement rumors began to make the rounds.
Bynes' last public relationship was when she was previously engaged to Paul Michael, who she dated for three years before splitting up in 2023, just prior to checking back into a mental health facility. Lately, Amanda has been focusing on other interests, including art, taking steps to become a nail tech, and more, and has not mentioned any new mystery man in her life.
In fact, Bynes' Instagram account is private, and she noted that she is "not accepting followers." She has been keeping much of her life private following struggles while being in the public eye, and gave an update to fans back in November on her weight loss journey. Back in March 2024, Amanda opened up about her health, and revealed that she had gained weight from depression. She wrote in an Instagram Story, "I've gained over 20lbs in the past few months from being depressed. I'm doing a lot better now and have learned to do opposite action when I don't feel like working out or eating clean."Ā She also shared, "I weigh 162lbs right now and want to get back to 110lbs."
