Tooth Fairy Comes to the Rescue During Toilet Paper Shortage

Everyday Life Impacted By Coronavirus Fears

A pair of best friends in Australia are warming hearts on the Internet with their random act of kindness. It started when six-year-old Addyson McGuire was shopping with her mom and noticed the supermarket only had a few rolls of toilet paper left. When her mom told her the shortage was because people were stocking up over fears of Coronavirus, she came up with an idea to help.

Addyson used money she was saving up from the Tooth Fairy to buy toilet paper and tissues for those that missed out. She and her buddy, four-year-old Lucy, loaded up their wagon and went door-to-door, delivering the supplies to elderly neighbors in need.

Her mom shared a photo of the girls on Facebook and people are loving the generous gesture. Mom says, “There has been so much negativity lately, just wanted to share something positive.”

And they've done their part to prevent fights in the Australian supermarkets.
