Gunther VI, the world’s richest dog, is looking for someone to buy the $32 million Miami mansion he bought from Madonna in 2000 for $7.5 million. That sentence needs some explaining. The German countess Karlotta Liebenstein died in 1992 and left her $58 million fortune to her dog, Gunther III.
Since then, it’s been managed by a group of handlers who have turned it into the $500 million fortune currently owned by Gunther VI. The real estate agent representing the property says it has a history no one can match, adding that when she first met with the owner “he ran up and gave me a huge slobbery kiss and licked off my lipstick.”
