For 22 of her 25 years on this Earth, Summer Monro has managed to avoid fruits and vegetables. Her phobia is called ARFID (avoidant restrictive food intake disorder), and prevents her from “eating certain foods,” even a single pea. So, then, it begs the question of what in the world she eats instead. That answer lies within a package of Bird’s Eye chicken nuggets. She and her boyfriend have worked up a routine where they cook up two different dishes at mealtime, but at least she’s a cheap date.
