The Backstreet Boys are giving fans a look behind the scenes and sharing snapshots of their time backstage.

In a new interview with People, the band — which includes Nick Carter, AJ McLean, Brian Littrell, Kevin Richardson and Howie Dorough — explained how they recover after "intense" performances as an "older band," even detailing some of the post-show rituals they have to unwind after pushing their bodies to the limit during shows, from getting chiropractic help to receiving a relaxing massage.

"We are not that old, but still our bodies take a little bit more of a beating these days," McLean said. "After a show, you might do a cold plunge, you might go get a massage, you might get adjustments."

Additionally, touring looks a bit different nowadays than in the past, with the members' families often joining them on the road.

"We don't hit the clubs anymore," Richardson said, with McLean quipping, "No, we went from bottle service in the clubs to baby bottle service."

Somethings, however, have not changed throughout the group's decades-long career. Their pre-show ritual of having a group prayer has remained unchanged while their rider is "pretty much the same" as always.

"We've still got PB and J," said McLean. "I swear we're a bunch of 5-year-olds back there. But there's a lot more organic things backstage, a lot more healthy options. Sometimes, we'll have certain gym equipment out there on the road."

The Backstreet Boys are gearing up for a highly-anticipated run of shows at The Sphere in Las Vegas this summer, helping fans relive their "Y2K memories... larger than life" during their Into The Millennium residency.
