A woman was caught on video in Tampa, Florida on Halloween night walking up to a house and taking all the candy. The woman, dressed in a barmaid costume, emptied both of the buckets of candy that had been left for trick-or-treaters into her own bucket.
YouTuber Andy Signore, who lives in the house, watched it happen on his Ring doorbell camera with his phone while he was out trick-or-treating with his family.
