Abbey Busch was so proud of being ahead of the game for once when she ordered cute Valentineâs Day cards for her daughterâs class.
The mom was feeling super accomplished by getting the cards early and having her daughter get to work on them. Abbey says she was getting ready to go out of town and wanted to have everything prepared ahead of time, including class Valentineâs. Her daughter, Ella, loved the cards because they came with toy animals and she got to work putting them together, choosing the right animal for each of her classmates. Abbey thought she had all of her ducks in a row, at least for a minute.
âI admittedly never sat down to read the captions, until now,â the mom explains. And when she did read the cards, they were weird, confusing and made no sense. âSee you appear, feel the whole body is overpowered,â reads one. âAll my life, just to make half of you,â reads another, and a third reads, âLove someone. Really no reason. I feel it.â They were like something spit out of a bad online translator and leaned toward creepy, but Abbey only had two days left until Valentineâs Day and her daughter loved them and had them ready to pass out, so she just let her take the strange cards to school and hoped for the best.
