In the video below, the co-owners of Polar Beverages and Washusett Mountain show how to create a protective face shield using a two liter plastic. It's surprisingly quick.
Here’s what you’ll need:
- A two-liter bottle (it has to be two-liter, not the smaller bottles, in order to be big enough)
- Sharp scissors (or some kind of similar cutting device like garden sheers)
- Weather stripping
- A hole punch (or something that safely creates holes in the plastic without creating sharp edges)
- String (or any suitable substitute like a long shoelace)
