Jessica Gomes and Aaron Bairos were set up by friends and discovered they were both from the same hometown, Taunton, Massachusetts. And they soon discovered they had something special in common - they shared the same birthday.
She didn’t believe him at first and thought he was trying to “pull a smooth one,” but after they compared IDs, she saw it was true. But that was only the beginning! Jessica and Aaron figured out they were born in the same hospital - on April 28th, 1990. Her grandmother saved a newspaper cutout with a hospital birth announcement showing they were the only two babies born at Morton Hospital on that day.
The couple hit it off, fell in love and eventually got married. They say both sets of their parents think they were destined to be together. “Our parents thought it was hilarious,” Jessica explains. “They knew it was something special.”
