Just Born, the company that produces Peeps, says its holiday themed marshmallow treats will not be around for Halloween or Christmas this year due to reduced production during the pandemic.
Normally Just Born cranks out more Peeps than you might guess, about 5.5 million a day. You read that right. A day. 2 billion a year. That's a lotta Peeps, people.
Anyway it looks like we'll have to wait until spring to throw them in the microwave.
