Last year’s St. Patrick’s colleens and parade marshals from Agawam, Chicopee, Holyoke, Springfield and West Springfield, will be honored during a drive-by parade and food drive will be held this month at the Eastern States Exposition.
As a reminder of what the parade has meant and the impact of its cancellation, here's a look at what was being said only a short time before lock down last year.
The event will take place from 1-3 p.m. on March 13. Spectators are encouraged to drive through, wave at the honorees and drop off non-perishable food items for local food banks.
