The trend was started by Allyssa Marshall, aka Allyssa in the Kitchen, whose love of jalapeños is well known by her followers. Alyssa says when one of them dared her to put jalapeño slices in her rosé – she accepted. And liked it! Now, #jalepenorosé has blown up, with many TikTokers jumping on the trend.
