The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is warning people not to take up the latest TikTok challenge of cooking chicken in NyQuil.

The agency said not only is making "sleepy chicken" silly, it could harm your health. The over-the-counter cold and cough medication contains acetaminophen, dextromethorphan and doxylamine and boiling it can make it more potent and change its properties in various ways.

In a notice, the FDA said, "Even if you don't eat the chicken, inhaling the medication's vapors while cooking could cause high levels of the drugs to enter your body. It could also hurt your lungs."

Below is the original video which seems to be an obvious joke, but it sure fooled a lot of people.
