Jaqueline Nunez, a Boston real estate developer, bought "The Conjuring House" last year for just over $1.5 million dollars. She is a strong believer in the paranormal. She was told by the sellers she couldn't live in it year round because of the house's "powerful energy."
Now tours are available for $20-25 and even overnight stays for groups of six or eight. The tours will feature a history lesson of all that has happened in the house. As for the overnight stay? Well, who knows?
