The enormous yellow duck mysteriously appeared in Belfast Harbor last year with the word "Joy" written on it. It sailed out of the harbor and was thought to be gone forever. But then the duck suddenly migrated back into the harbor a few days ago, this time with "Greater Joy" written on its chest. It's believed to be an art project, but no one knows who is behind it. This time the duck was tied down to a dock so it wouldn't get away, but then winds picked up on Thursday and "Greater Joy" broke loose from its moorings and sailed out of the harbor. Attempts to bring it back have been unsuccessful, and as of Friday, it was about 20 miles off the coast of Blue Hill, Maine.
