A Jetstar passenger says she was humiliated after having to crawl off her flight in order to get her wheelchair. Natalie Curtis says she was told she would have to pay extra to use a special wheelchair that fits in the plane’s aisle, which would transfer her from her airplane seat to her own wheelchair.

A spokesperson for Jetstar says it’s “looking into what happened,” and that it has offered her a refund and “additional compensation.” Of course, they also say that Curtis was the victim of a delay in an aisle chair being made available at the gate.
