A young fan had a wish, and Captain Jack Sparrow came to the rescue! Actor Johnny Depp recently posted a video as his beloved pirate character from the “Pirates Of The Carribbean” franchise to support Kori, aka “Kraken The Box.” Kori has a terminal heart condition and while receiving care, his one wish has been to reach 100,000 YouTube subscribers- a mark that would earn young Kori YouTube’s Silver Play Button Award. Kori’s parents reached out to multiple celebrities to aid Kori’s search, and Depp answered the call with a video in character as Sparrow cheering Kori on to his goal.
And with Captain Jack Sparrow’s help, Kori has indeed exceeded 100,000 subscribers. He's currently at 159k!
