McDonald's in Japan has come up with a new innovation for customers ... and it has nothing to do with food. The company has installed a sink phone sanitizer called the Wosh that can sanitize phones in about 30 seconds.

The phone goes into a slot right next to the sink and eased down into the sanitizing machine, where a lid closes and ultra-violet lights come on. Then the phone is sent back up to the owner to retrieve. Cell phones have about 10 times the number of germs and bacteria on them than toilets do, according to the University of Arizona's College of Agriculture and Life Sciences.
