All was quiet at the house on Monday until something came crashing through the roof of the home. A strange rock tore through the roof, then the ceiling, and then left a dent in the hardwood floor below. Luckily no one was hurt.
It's believed the metallic rock likely fell from space and it's been turned over to scientists who are studying it. It could have fallen to Earth during the recent Eta Aquarid meteor shower. Most rocks of this size burn up and disintegrate before reaching Earth, but some don't and make it all the way to the ground.
