Annie's Barn in Overland Park, Kansas, sells products reflecting owner Annie Stowe’s love for all things Kansas City. One of their recently popular items is a mug that has “It’s Mama Kelce’s World And We’re All Just Living In It” printed on it, referring to Donna Kelce, the mother of NFL stars Travis and Jason Kelce.

When Mama Kelce contacted Annie's Barn to buy several of the humorous mugs, Stowe took the opportunity to ask her if she would work with her to support a good cause. She proposed a collaboration to put Kelce's cookie recipe on a mug and donate $5 from each sale to pay off school lunch debt, to which Kelce agreed.

In just two weeks, they sold enough mugs to contribute nearly $2-thousand toward paying off lunch debt at local schools. The initiative, dubbed "Out of the Red Friday," follows a similar successful effort from the previous year, where Stowe raised over $4-thousand by selling Chiefs-themed yard signs. She expressed her gratitude for the overwhelming response to the recent effort and plans to distribute the funds to three schools on the southside of Kansas City.
