A Michigan 16-year-old named Eric Kilburn Jr. has set a Guinness World Record for having the largest hands and feet of any living teenager, with size 23 shoes and 9.13-inch hands. Standing 6-foot-10, Eric has faced challenges finding shoes with most pairs costing over $1,500 since they need to be custom-made.
After media attention, brands like Under Armour and Puma, along with NBA legend Shaquille O'Neal, stepped in to help. Eric’s newfound shoe options have boosted his confidence, though he still deals with joint pain from his size.
He does play football and basketball and brags he “makes an excellent blocker for all kinds of shots.” Inspired by his family’s support, he hopes to use his platform to help others through his mom’s nonprofit, The Big Shoe Network, which assists people of unusual sizes.
