It’s only the first week of November, but Starbucks is kicking off the holiday season. They’ve just unveiled their new festive holiday cups their hot and cold beverages will be served in this year.

This year’s cups will hit stores Thursday (November 7th) and they come in five designs featuring the theme “Merrier Together.” The chain is inspired to bring customers joy with every sip of their favorite beverages and they’re using the traditional Starbucks green color as well as cranberry red and some soft pastel shades for the new cups.

The 2024 holiday cup designs include:

Warm Wishes - Designers started with an idea of “a view of coffee cups from above coming together” to say “cheers” to each other, and it features interconnected dots to represent holiday lights.

Joyful Connection - Inspiration for this cup comes from the sight of coffee roasting at a Starbucks Reserve Roastery and the design shows circular shapes combining to form a pattern honoring “the joy of being together.”

Lyrical Landscape - Made to look like waves of red, green and pink holiday ribbons and the “green rolling hills where coffee is grown.”

Siren Chorus - This striped design takes inspiration from the patterns made from raking coffee beans and the “flowing lines” of the company’s logo, the Starbucks siren.

Holiday Cold Cup - For those who prefer a cold drink in cold weather, this cup features “festive charms” to spread cheer.

There’s no official word yet on when Starbucks annual Red Cup Day will be this year. It’s the day customers get a free reusable cup when they order a handcrafted holiday beverage, and they can bring the cup back for a 10-cent discount on their drink. In the last five years, it’s been:
