A 74-year-old retired lawyer from Johnston, Rhode Island, has exercised every day for more than 10 years without missing a single workout. His streak, now at 3,687 consecutive days, began in 2014 after his uncle’s passing, and even the COVID-19 pandemic didn’t slow him down—he walked daily until his gym reopened.
DiMonte spends his mornings at Planet Fitness, where he trains his arms, legs, back, and shoulders, treating his workouts like a job. Beyond personal fitness, DiMonte has also donated over 108 gallons of blood and platelets to the Rhode Island Blood Center and remains active in his church.
