Just because you're the most decorated Olympic gymnast in history, doesn't mean you're going to just go "ham" on spending. Simone Biles was on TikTok this week doing her makeup when she told how a Parisian club tried to get the Olympic legend to buy a very pricey bottle of champagne. "We had closing ceremonies at the Olympics.
I went, and after that, we went out. You guys, this club tried to charge me $26,000 for a bottle of champagne." She went on to say she didn't buy it, adding "But why would you even try to play me like that?" Good to see Simone is level-headed with her money. It's not like she can't afford it; "Forbes" had her net worth at the beginning of the year at over $7-million, and that was before she cemented her status as one of the all-time Olympic greats.
