A Southmoreland, Pennsylvania School Board member sat through an entire two-hour board meeting while wearing a paper bag over her head. Dr. Catherine Fike was protesting the district's mask policy and a recently-passed motion allowing security to refuse to allow people inside district buildings without a mask or face-covering.
